We can look back at a highly successful fair, at which large numbers of visitors came to our stand and great interest was shown in both Halito! event management software and the mobile event app from EventOPlanner!
On Wednesday 1 and Thursday 2 April 2015, more than 7,500 event professionals visited the Event 15 fair at Jaarbeurs Utrecht. There was enthusiastic knowledge-sharing, networking and gathering of inspiration concerning the latest trends and developments in the events sector.
With over 200 exhibitors taking part, a visit to the fair was well worthwhile, thanks to leading players such as Brainstormbaan – PBN, The Food Line-up, The Dutch WeedBurger, Embraceled and Barista Company.
Customer event journey
The partnership between Halito! and EventOPlanner was greeted with enthusiasm during the two-day fair. The many positive responses underlined the need for a complete solution that covers the entire customer event journey!
One practical conclusion is that a mobile app is often used at too late a stage for all parties concerned to derive maximum added value from it. There needs to be communication about the app in good time, both before and during the event, in order to encourage interaction and engagement. Interaction can be made possible through personalised push messages, networks and many other interactive interfaces.
The integrated solution between Halito! and EventOPlanner offers event organisers a platform which puts both online and offline stakeholders in an event in contact with each other. Information such as a guest list is automatically exchanged between the two platforms.
