We were looking for a customer-driven and highly solution-oriented professional with a healthy dose of persuasiveness. Someone who
- believes that customer issues should be solved efficiently and that everything is done to make an enthusiastic contribution to this
- immerses himself in the tool and builds up in-depth knowledge about all possibilities. Someone who can, of course, empathize with very diverse customers, but who does not let the first breath of headwind blow them out of the field
- is result-oriented, feels ‘owner’ of his/her cases and is brimming with positive energy. Oh yes, and also someone who can quickly decide to set the right priorities. And speaks Dutch, French and English.

Then we found Dana
Impossible to find such a person? Think again because we are thrilled to expand our Customer Success team with Dana! Out of a whole series of strong candidates, she came out as our first choice. Halito! gains an extra colleague.
With her passion for online applications and a solution-oriented mindset, Dana is ready for the diverse questions of users and the further development of the support options. “The position of Customer Success Officer at Halito! really fits me.
