Are you new to Halito! or have you already set up a few event sites? It doesn’t matter how much or little experience you have, all users have one thing in common:l they have practical questions. And let us tell you one thing: we love those questions of our users, our most important stakeholders. It gives us the necessary insights which help us to further expand and improve Halito!.
But let’s be honest: this is not abouts us, it’s about you and as a busy event professional you need an answer to your question and preferably you need that answer to clear, correct and just there as soon as possible. A lot of questions are already answered on our current online knowledge base and today we are taking the next step: a brand new platform.
Why a new platform?
The previous help-center has been there for two years and we have noticed that it doesn’t fully realise our aim of we wanted it to do. We wanted to deliver better search results, more relevant suggestions and get insights on whether you actually think the explanation is clear.
The new platform is more contemporary in every posisble way. On top of that, we have chosen to categorize the articles in a different approrach, making it more logical in use.
We want our users to be self-supporting and to be able to be inspired to bring their event communication to the next level. The next step is to update the content of the help-articles and to add screenshots where needed to make it more clear, because one image can say more than 1000 words.
However, we are not abandoning the Halito! users. The Customer Success team is still there on a daiily basis to help you as well. For example when you can’t find the answer to your question in the help pages or you want us to help you with a complicated invitation process. We understand that some questions/events need a personal approach and we wouldn’t want to miss this opportunity to help you or guide you along the way.
